It is a digital textbook with or without interactive courseware available in Canvas. The prices have been nationally negotiated with Publishers by our digital delivery provider, VitalSource, to bring you the lowest prices available for your required course materials.

Make sure you are using Chrome or another engine other than Safari which comes on Apple products. First you log into Canvas. Go to the student dashboard and click on your course. Most courses will have a “VitalSource MCC” listing on the left-hand side of the screen. Your access to materials and instructions are located there. There are some Publishers that deliver their materials in a different way, so your instructor will give you specific instructions on how to access those materials.

• If it is just an e-text, it will just give you a button to click - READ.
• If it is interactive courseware – You may have to click on Publisher’s link. Connect McGraw Hill, Pearson MyLAB, Pearson Mastering, Cengage Mindtap or another Publisher. You may need to register with your school email address, and then you will have access. We are codeless, and have already paid for your access. If it asks you for money…STOP. Contact the Bookstore and we will have the Publisher fix that.
• Your Instructor will help you access. Don’t be afraid to ask for help during or after class. You can also come to the Bookstore for help.
• Canvas access issues – Go to the Student Success Center in the Library.

When you register for the class, the Inclusive Access fee will be added to your student account. The charge will appear there, but will not activate until the first day of classes. You do not have to order it. It will be available in Canvas on the first day of classes.

Are you using an Apple product? Are you using the Safari search engine that comes on Apple? You can open Canvas and get to your class, but Safari will not support the content. Download Chrome and use Chrome to access Canvas and then your class.

Try clearing your cache, cookies and browsing history. Try again.

Contact the Bookstore and talk to Paulla. The Vendor has failed to removed the paywall and wants you to pay instead of us. We will contact the Publisher and change that and you will probably have access the same day.

If you are enrolled in Inclusive Access you may purchase a printed copy for $30-$40 in the Bookstore. This only applies to McGraw Hill titles. They are the only one still printing some supplemental books. Your Instructor may have a link to some materials that could be printed.
