Receipt required for all refunds and exchanges.

Textbooks for the current term are eligible for a full refund within 5 school days of term start date. Drop slip, or updated schedule, required in order to receive a full refund 6-10 school days after term start date. After the 10th school day, all textbook sales are final. Textbooks must be in same condition as at the time of purchase in order to receive a full refund. Defective books are replaced, or refunded, at the discretion of the MCC Bookstore management. Availability of a used replacement is not guaranteed.

Digital content including ebooks, access codes, and textbooks with access are non-refundable once downloaded and/or activated/redeemed. Bundled textbooks/materials are non-refundable if shrink wrap is broken.

All course packets, test preps, study guides (including QuickStudy® titles), and job and career guides are nonrefundable.

Merchandise refunds/exchanges allowed within 30 calendar days of original purchase date. Items must be in new condition and in original unopened packaging. Apparel must have original tags attached. After 30 days, refunds will be given for defective merchandise at the discretion of the MCC Bookstore management. Special orders must have prior approval for return. Gift cards are non-refundable.

No refunds on sale or clearance items.

Shipping charges are not refunded on any returns. Exchanges are subject to new shipping charges.

Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Check payments must wait three business days from the original transaction to receive refund.
